The Macromolecular Structure Function Core Facility (MSFCF) supports Biochemistry and Structural Biology researchers at UC Santa Cruz and the surrounding area. We provide state of the art instrumentation, supplies, and expertise to assist researchers in the structural characterization of biological macromolecules. Resources are available for crystallization and structure determination as wells as biophysical characterization of macromolecular stability and interactions.

- Quantitative measurements of macromolecular interactions using isothermal titration calorimetry andBio-Layer Interferometry (BLI).
